"Friends Dairy" was established in Alexandria in 1987 as a partnership based on family spirit, and has evolved into a leading institution with 500 employees, expanding throughout Egypt. The company specializes in producing original buffalo milk derivatives (such as dairy products, cheeses, ghee, and ice cream), in addition to jams, honey, oils, and baked goods, and is currently aiming for external export and developing new products like triangle cheese and cheddar.
