Add Products Polices

1. Basic Information

1.Product Name
Enter the product name according to the language displayed in the field.

It is recommended to include the size, weight, or the number of units inside the carton or package, Examples:

1- Saudi Coffee - 250g
2- Full Cream Milk - 500ml × 24 Packs

3- Kraft Cheese - 200g
4- Mango Juice - 330ml

5- Aluminum Foil Roll - 10kg

2.Brands

Select the brand associated with the product from the list of previously added brands, or click on the “Add Brand” button
if you haven’t added any brands yet.

3.Images
You can upload up to 10 product images. It is recommended to use high-quality images that clearly showcase the product
and its features. The background of the product images should also be appropriate.

4. Category (Classifications)

Organizing the product into categories and subcategories helps facilitate customer access and classification within the platform.
Select the relevant categories for the product from the list of categories, or search for the category name and select it directly.

Main Category

The primary classification to which the product belongs (e.g., Food & Beverages, Consumer Products, Hot Beverages...).

Subcategory 1 & 2

More specific subcategories (e.g., Food & Beverages > Coffee & Tea > Saudi Coffee).

Example:
Food & Beverages / Coffee & Tea / Saudi Coffee

2. Packaging

1- Size

Refers to the weight, quantity, or capacity that the product contains. Examples include:

Saudi Coffee - 250g
Mango Juice - 330ml
Size Unit: Please select the unit associated with the product's size.

2- Number of Units in a Carton

Enter the number of units in the carton or product package. If the carton contains one unit, enter 1
if it contains more than one unit, enter the correct number.

3- Transportation mode

Specifies whether the product requires normal shipping, refrigerated shipping, or any other special conditions.
Select the shipping condition from the list.

3. Product Dimensions & Weight

1- Weight

Weight of the product in the selected unit, which helps in calculating shipping costs.
Weight unit: Please select the unit
related to the product’s weight.

2- Length / Width / Height

The three dimensions of the product. Please enter the product's dimensions.

3- Dimension Unit

The unit used to measure the product's length, width, and height (cm, mm, inches, etc.).

4. Pricing

1- Unit of Sale Measurement

The unit based on which the product is sold (e.g., carton, piece, box).

2- Price List (Please enter prices excluding tax)
Unit Price (before discount): The base price of the product before any discounts.

Sale Price (after discount): The actual price that will be shown to customers (optional, you can leave it blank).

Minimum Order Quantity: The minimum quantity that can be ordered by the customer, which is associated with the unit of sale and the specified price.
You can repeat the process for each price range you wish to add using the “ Add Price” button

5. Description And Keywords

Enter the product description, features, and keywords according to the language shown in the field, or click the
“Generate Content with AI” button to generate it automatically, then review the content after generation.

6. Product Identifiers

1. Barcode Type

Select the type of barcode used (e.g., EAN, UPC, or GTIN) according to the standards in your organization,
or choose "Product does not have a barcode" if the product doesn't have a barcode.

2. Barcode

The number that corresponds to the selected barcode type above.

3. SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)

An internal number used by the organization to quickly identify and manage the product within the inventory and accounting system.

4. Is this product available for export outside of Saudi Arabia?

Select "Yes" or "No" based on the product's ability to be shipped internationally or if there are specific restrictions.
If "Yes" is selected, the HS Code (Customs Harmonized System Code) for the product must be entered.

7. Inventory and Shipping

1- Available Quantity
The number of units currently available in the warehouse, to adjust the product's availability status
on the platform.

2- Is there a dedicated production line for this product?

Select "Yes" if the product has a dedicated production line or distinct manufacturing procedures; select "No"
if the product does not have a dedicated production line.
If "Yes" is selected, the number of units produced per day (or specific days) must be entered.
Note that the unit of measurement for production must align with the unit defined in the pricing (the product unit for sale).

Example:
Average product manufacturing time (days): 1 Number of units produced: 100 cartons

This means that 100 cartons are produced in one day.

8. Carton Dimensions & Weight

1- Weight

The weight of the carton, including its contents (total weight of the products inside the carton),
which helps calculate shipping costs.
Weight Unit: Please select the unit associated with the carton weight.

2- Length / Width / Height

The three dimensions of the carton, essential for calculating package sizes and shipping costs.

3- Dimension Unit

The unit used to measure the length, width, and height of the carton (cm, mm, inches, etc.).

9. Shipping Details

1- Available for Sale Now
Select whether the product is currently available for sale or not.

2- Storage Temperature
If the product requires specific temperature conditions to maintain its quality,
specify the appropriate temperature here.

3- Hazardous Goods
If the product contains hazardous materials, chemicals, or any items that may pose a risk during transportation or storage,
select based on the nature of the product.

10. Additional Details

1- Offer Text
Space to include any promotional text or additional instructions you wish to clarify for the consumer.

2- Field Name
The name of the field to be added if you need to define additional or specific information about the product
(e.g., additional features and specifications).
3-Determine if the product meets the requirements and conditions to receive the "Made in Saudi Arabia" label.
Please note that this option can only be enabled for factories that have a membership certificate in the "Made in Saudi" program.

Final Step: Review and Submit the Product

After verifying the accuracy of all the data, click on the "Translate" button to translate the product data into
all the languages supported by the platform. Then, click on "Submit for Review" if the product is ready to be sent. Or,
click on "Save as Draft" if you wish to complete the data later.

Note :

When you access the "Add New Product" page, you will see two options at the top to simplify the addition process:

1- Do you want to copy a product? Enter its SKU
If you wish to clone data from a previous product with minor modifications, you can enter the SKU number or the name
of the product you want to copy to auto-fill the fields. You will find this option at the top of the "Add New Product" page.

2- Does the product have attributes like color or size?
You can select this option if you are adding products of the same type but with variations in size, color, or both.
