Wrapping paper

Types of paper 
40g parchment paper is used for sandwiches soaked in oils and sauces as it isolates the oils and prevents leakage

30g paper is used for wrapping falafel and shawarma sandwiches and is also used in serving trays

50g glossy paper is used for wrapping snacks and burgers and has a glossy layer that prevents sticking to sandwiches and does not leak sauces.

50g paper with an internal aluminum layer is used for hot snacks as it retains heat well to reach the customer hot
