Reinforced panels

Precast AAC concrete panels are lightweight, fire-resistant, and quick and easy to install. AAC panels are reinforced elements (grade 70 steel) that span the full height of the floor. AAC panels are based on a standard 60 cm wide unit. The thickness and length (height) of the panel vary according to design requirements and project constraints. AAC panels can be applied vertically or horizontally, depending on the application. They are produced with grooves on both sides (thickness sides) where plaster is poured in the case of load-bearing wall systems. They also come plain on the edges when used as partition walls, boundary walls, column walls, or cladding on steel or concrete structures. In this case, they are secured using a thin layer of AAC adhesive and steel corner brackets.
